Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Guest Relation Executive to join our team at Fio Restaurant. As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a delightful dining experience for our valued guests. This is a full-time position with a Junior level role, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Delhi, Delhi, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Guest Relation Executive or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and reservation systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Proficient in using POS systems
• Fluent in English and Hindi, both spoken and written
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage reservations and table allocation efficiently
• Ensure that guests are seated and attended to promptly
• Provide menus and suggest suitable recommendations
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Upsell additional products and services
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests
• Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
