Maintain a friendly, positive, and approachable presence at the restaurant entrance.
Coordinate with the service team to manage table allocations and guest flow.
Address guest concerns, feedback, and complaints politely and promptly.
Ensure high standards of hospitality, guest satisfaction, and service etiquette.
Keep the reception and waiting area neat, organized, and presentable.
Maintain guest records, reservation logs, and follow-up on repeat guests.
Assist in promoting menu specials, events, and restaurant offers.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Support the Restaurant Manager in handling daily service operations when required.
