Job Description

Guest interaction

: Greet guests warmly, answer phones, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Check-in/check-out

: Handle guest registration, issue keys or key cards, process payments, and manage check-out procedures.

Reservations

: Take and confirm reservations, manage booking systems, and handle cancellations.

Problem resolution

: Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Administrative duties

: Maintain guest records, handle cash and credit card transactions, and manage the front desk area.

Service promotion

: Inform guests about special features, such as the spa, restaurants, and events, and promote hotel services.

Coordination

: Liaise with other departments, including housekeeping, sales, and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction and a smooth-running operation.
