Greet guests warmly on arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and room allocations.
Manage guest requests, complaints, and queries with professionalism and promptness.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing.
Guest Relations
Ensure a personalized guest experience by anticipating needs and preferences.
Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, etc.) to meet guest needs.
Follow up on guest feedback and take corrective actions where necessary.
Administrative & Compliance
Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately.
Maintain front desk logs, reports, and shift handovers.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and security procedures.
Assist in up-selling rooms and promoting hotel services to maximize revenue.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS), MS Office, and basic computer operations.
Work Conditions:
Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
Uniform and grooming standards must be maintained as per hotel policy.
