Our Client is an eminent manufacturer and exporter of Indian-grown Organic Cotton and Yarn company. The company is located in Bodakdev Ahmedabad.
Position: GST and Accounts Manager
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Qualification: CA
Salary: 4 to 8 LPA
Job Location: Bodakdev Ahmedabad
Office Time: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Responsibilities:
GST Return Filing with Reconciliation:

• GSTR1 match with E-invoice and E way bill reconciliation
• Reconcile Debit Notes and Credit Notes
• GST ITC reconciliation with GSTR 2B
• Posting entries for GST Post Review (of those not matched with GSTR 2B)
• Finalize the GSTR3B sheet for the Auditor
• Solve Observation made by GST Auditor for finalize GST ITC
• Post Set off Entries of GST3B filling
• Provide necessary documents/information for GST RS 9C
• Prepare the SGST Subsidy sheet at a reasonable interval

TDS Payment and TDS return after Review all Companies:

• Checking TDS entries with Ledger Scrutiny
• Follow up with Accountant in related to TDS compliance
• Prepare the TDS return sheet and submit to the internal Auditor for Filling
• Make sure of TDS Return timely along with scrutinize the ledger of duties and taxes
• Track unclaimed challan after TDS return filing.
• Download For 164 at every quarter
• To resolve TDS Default if any.
• Monthly Review Accounts of all companies at Monthly
• To oversee Ledger Scrutiny
• Match internal accounts at the reasonable interval(monthly/half
• yearly/yearly)
• To look into Long O/s Creditors
• To follow SOP as decided by the CFO and MD to overcome litigation of accountancy.
• To make changes and recommend SOP to Management as and when required.
• Visit the Plant as and when required.
• To post entries in the tally for monthly closure and provision

Supportive actions:

• involved in income tax /GST Departmental Audit/notices
• instruct and follow up at the Plant for notices
• To oversee the proper filling of records at the plant
