Job Description


The overall responsibility is for functional business planning and delivery of Key Performance Indicators and Global Process Performance Indicators. Partners with process leads to ensure alignment and optimization of processes.

  • Provides world-class performance tools, analytics, measurements and indicators
  • Translates the process strategic goals into operational and financial targets
  • Assesses the certainty of meeting the Yearly goals
  • Establishes the risks and anchors the ownership for resolution Coaches and leads a team of BPMs
  • Contributes to wider decision making including the development of practices, processes and procedures
  • Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
  • Solves complex challenges based on accurate identification of underlying factors/causes and is aware of the impact of proposed solutions outside their own immediate area


Key responsibilities:
  • Identify & evaluate value creation opportunities for performance improvement & deploy analytics based interventions for overcoming the same
  • Own the performance management agenda by:
  • Creating and publishing the balanced scorecard
  • Generating insights to enable business decision making
  • Driving performance reviews to establish accountability within the business on performance improvement initiatives
  • Drive visibility on resourcing & cost management for large processes
  • Partner with the business on statistical & analytical solutions to improve performance
  • Establish capability to develop predictive & prescriptive analytics models for key performance indicators (CTQ\xe2\x80\x99s / CTP\xe2\x80\x99s) to assist the business in decision making
  • Develop analytics capabilities within the organization by learning interventions, coaching and mentoring colleagues

  • GSC Head of Finance
  • HQ & Global FPNA teams
  • Product teams
  • GSC FLT
  • GSC OTC LT


Primary external stakeholders:
  • Regional Head of Finance
  • Regional Controllers
  • Area Finance Managers


Required qualification, experience & skills:
  • Min. 12 years of overall experience. Experience in Performance management, MIS, FP&A is recommended
  • Deep exposure to Accounting to Reporting function and a good knowledge on the entire FNA landscape
  • Professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate influence without authority & conflict management skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Project Management experience is a plus
