We are seeking hardworking individuals to join our Supply Chain Rotation Program! Our rotation program will allow you to learn and gain experience in multiple supply chain domains/ areas. While in this program you will be exposed to Micron\'s end-to-end Supply Chain working with various sub departments (called COE) including, Supply Chain Planning and enablement, Digital Supply Chain, Order Management, Global Supply Throughout the rotation you will be trained and mentored by Micron\'s Global Supply Chain\'s India/global leaders/SMEs. How the Program Works: Typically, 2.5 years with 3 functional rotations. As soon as the candidate is onboarded to Micron, the incumbent will go through a required bootcamp of 2-3 months. The first rotation is of 12 months and the 2nd and the 3rd will be of 6 months each. Duration of each rotation is subject to business requirements and will be communicated to the candidate after selection. At the end of your rotation, along with leadership your full-time role be determined. As a rotation participant you will be considered a full-time employee which includes full benefits. Possible functions you will work in: Supply Chain Engineering, Sales and Operations Planning, New Product Introduction, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management and Customer Operations, Order Promising, Global Supply Management, and Advanced Analytics Roles & responsibilities can include but are not limited to: . Design and implement business processes and/or plans with internal and external customers . Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with key partners to drive continuous improvement efforts to address the gaps . Actively collaborate with customers to arrive at aligned business decisions . Highlight and drive resolution to planning issues, gaps between roadmap strategy, manufacturing capability, and market demands . Build optimization models on large data sets . Be responsible for and validate master data completeness and accuracy . Analyze data and be able to summarize and present trends to partners . Analyze and research coordinated business planning technology and solutions . Understand the interaction of Supply Chain technology solutions associated applications used within Micron (i.e., LPI, CTM, Rapid Response, MICAP, Tableau, APO-DP, etc.) . Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional forums, meetings, and activities that drive engagement and alignment across teams Education Requirement & eligibility: . Master degree or MBA is required - M.Tech in Industrial Eng/ Manufacturing Eng/ Supply chain or MBA with Operations major. All Post Graduate Diploma degrees (like PGDBM, PGDM, PGDIM. PGDIE) courses will considered at par with MBA. . Bachelor\'s degree in engineering field is a must. . CGPA requirements = 7.0 CGPA & Above Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
