Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables Present menu, take orders accurately, and serve food & beverages Set up tables, restaurant sections, and buffet counters Ensure proper mise-en-place before each shift Coordinate with kitchen and bar for order delivery Clear tables and maintain cleanliness during and after service Assist with room service deliveries if required Handle guest queries and provide excellent service at all times Follow hygiene and safety standards as per hotel policies Support supervisors and captains in daily operations Assist in billing and POS entry when required

Requirements:



Diploma in Hotel Management or any hospitality certification preferred Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience can apply Good communication and guest-handling skills Basic knowledge of food & beverage service Professional grooming and positive attitude Ability to work in rotational shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
