Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Present menus, explain specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards and sequence of service. Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and readiness before and after each service period. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service of orders. Refill beverages, clear used dishes, and maintain cleanliness during the meal. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely and inform supervisors when necessary. Assist in setting up buffet counters, banquets, and special events. Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the restaurant area at all times. Follow grooming, uniform, and personal hygiene standards as per company policy. Ensure proper billing procedures and assist the cashier when required. Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance service skills
