Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, explain specials, and take accurate food & beverage orders. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring service standards are met. Set up and clear tables, buffets, and banquet functions as required. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth order execution. Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely and efficiently. Process billing and payment transactions accurately. Adhere to grooming, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in F&B service preferred; freshers may also apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented, with a positive attitude and attention to detail. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹31,298.42 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
