Greet, seat, present menu, suggest specials; take orders accurately and relay to kitchen/bar.
Serve food & beverages per brand sequence check back; clear and reset.
Handle in-room dining: order taking, tray setup, delivery, clearance.
Manage buffet assistance: replenish chafers, label dishes, maintain presentation and temperature logs.
Proactively handle guest requesMaintain personal grooming and uniform standards; practice safe handling of hot items/chemicals.
Record and follow cleaning schedules; report hazards, breakages, and near misses.
Systems & Records
Use POS/PMS for KOTs, modifiers, voids, discounts (with approvals), and bill settlement.
Maintain checklists: opening/closing, side-station par levels, breakage/spillage, temperature logs.
