Requirements

What you\'ll be working on:

• You will be 100% focused on solving retention-related problems for agri-retailers
• Together with our Head of Product, you will create a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for our merchant pod
• Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success
• Identify and analyze key retention metrics and user behaviours to drive growth
• Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and increase user engagement
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new features and products that our users love
• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and acquisitions to support growth
• Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on product for growth, sharing insights and knowledge with the team and the broader organization

Your day-to-day:

• Work closely with our Research, Engineering, Data and Design teams to help define and deliver our product roadmap
• Take ideas wherever they come from -- our job is to do the best thing, not to come up with every idea or be right all the time. It\xe2\x80\x99s to find the right answer and iterate fast.
• Communicate clearly with your team and everyone at the company to continuously improve how you work together and ensure everyone is happy, productive, efficient and operating with our customers\xe2\x80\x99 interests at our core
• Spread your knowledge and experience and mentor other product managers while also continuously learning

You should apply if:

• You have 2-6 years of experience growing and/or shipping world-class growth-focused products at a fast-growing company.
• You\'ve got great experience in building for agri-retailers or MSMEs in Bharat or in gaming, religion, and productivity (good to have)
• You\xe2\x80\x99re data-driven, passionate about metrics, intellectually honest about how your work is performing and driven to continuously improve it. You\'re a hustler, who makes things happen.
• You have excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• You\xe2\x80\x99re passionate about building value for customers and not just achieving business results.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re comfortable working in a deeply collaborative, highly technical team

Our Interview Process Involves 3 Main Stages:
Our average process takes around 2-3 weeks but we will always work around your availability. You will have the chance to speak to our recruitment team at various points during your process

Stage 1

• Recruiter Call (10 mins) - Once you apply, if your application is aligned, one of our Hiring team will reach out to you for an introductory conversation.
• Initial Exploratory Chat (50 mins) - This will be an introductory conversation with one of our Product leaders.

Stage 2

• Product Loop (3 hours) - This stage consists of 3 separate interviews focused on your product and leadership skills that usually happen across 2-5 days and may include a project walkthrough or a case study

Stage 3

• If you get through to this stage, your recruiter will have a 20-minute chat with you beforehand to help you get ready and prepare for this stage.
• You will chat with one of our founders or senior leadership
• If you receive an offer you will have a discussion on your role, compensation and growth path with your hiring manager
