About the role: We are looking to hire a Growth person for New initiatives/businesses.

  • Growth/Business role to build an entirely new business line end to end.
  • Along with the business line, the role would also have an additional responsibility to own the Sales Channel for all other product lines.
  • The Sales Channel will run horizontally and work closely with the Marketing team to drive new user acquisitions on various products.
  • Manage large telesales teams which will grow further with time
Requirements
  • Should have built or scaled up the business from scratch
  • Strong problem-solving skills - demonstrated by the kind of roles undertaken and organizations worked at.
  • Strong aptitude and first-principle thinking are really important and therefore the kind of roles previously done is really important.
  • Recent experience in Startup is a must
  • Growth/Excellence in career and otherwise - a pace of growth of the person in an organization. Staying at an organization becomes really important here
  • Some exposure to Ops is desirable
  • Team Management experience is mandatory. Experience in managing large teams is desirable
