We are seeking a highly motivated and result-drive Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in India. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you\'ll be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You\'ll collaborate closely with cross functional teams and leverage data-driven insights to optimize the campaigns. You\'ll support the strategic growth of the business for India market by aligning the regional marketing strategy with our sales organization. The goal is to raise awareness, educate the market, build pipeline and grow customer advocacy in the region. You should enjoy analysis and deriving business insights from data to make smart decisions. We operate in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, so your outstanding communication skills will be required. Your success will have a direct impact and will be highly visible! Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies tailored to the Indian market, aligning with company goals and objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage integrated campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and partnerships. Identify and target key customer segments through market research and segmentation analysis. Lead end-to-end campaign management, from conceptualization to execution, monitoring, and reporting on performance metrics. Analyze user behavior and engagement data to refine marketing strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and increase customer retention. Explore and implement innovative growth tactics, A/B testing, and experiments to improve campaign effectiveness. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand visibility and reach. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities. Provide actionable insights and regular reporting to senior management on campaign performance, user acquisition, and revenue growth. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or related field MBA preferred. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth marketing strategies, preferably in the Indian market. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to extract insights and optimize campaigns (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation tools). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique ideas and innovative solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Prior experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapting to changing priorities. Understanding of local Indian consumer behaviors, cultural nuances, and market trends is a plus. Preferred Educational Background: A Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Marketing or Technology, MBA preferred.
