PropFTX is seeking a skilled Growth Marketer with experience in successfully launching new products. The ideal candidate will have spent 3-5 years in building or scaling a startup in the tech space. Experience handling real estate or alternative investment products is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target market segments

- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials

- Digital Marketing Expertise: Utilise digital platforms, including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and content marketing, to increase brand visibility and generate leads

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify trends, market demands, and customer preferences. Use data-driven insights to adapt strategies accordingly

- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the sales team, designers, content creators, and external agencies to develop compelling marketing collateral, campaigns, and initiatives

- Budget Management: Manage and optimise marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics and KPIs to evaluate success and make data-driven recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with startups

- Creativity and innovation in problem-solving

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment & manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
