We\'re looking for a Growth Marketer to join India\'s First Sustainable Babycare brand- Allter. In this role, you will work with our team to determine key pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for our business. You will devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our brand\'s market share and customer base. To ensure success as a growth marketer, you should be skilled at optimizing business processes across all departments and able to tailor your solutions to different markets, scenarios, products, and goals. A top-notch growth marketer is innovative, passionate about startups, and an expert at executing strategies for business growth. Responsibilities Drive awareness, sales, and expansion of our products and services Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative and should have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert. Manage end to end website CRO along with optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Skilled in experimentation. Monitor end to end Performance Marketing for the brand along with agency on all digital platforms. Run the brand\'s Retention and Loyalty Programs and identify new ways to grow and retain customer base. Be well versed with analytics tools as well as automated marketing tools such as Contlo. Requirements : A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar. A minimum of 2 year\'s experience with a growing D2C brand. A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions. Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development. Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics. Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels. Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms. Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset. An adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning. Curious, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change.
