Title : Growth Management - Manager - Paytm Money (Fno Audiences) About Us: Paytm is India\'s leading digital payments and financial services company, which is focused on driving consumers and merchants to its platform by offering them a variety of payment use cases. Paytm provides consumers with services like utility payments and money transfers, while empowering them to pay via Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) like Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Netbanking, Paytm FASTag and Paytm Postpaid - Buy Now, Pay Later. To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR and Payment Gateway where payment aggregation is done through PPI and also other banks\' financial instruments. To further enhance merchants\' business, Paytm offers merchants commerce services through advertising and Paytm Mini app store. Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners. About the role- Paytm Money is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager for Product Marketing, with a strong background in branding, marketing, social media, and product marketing within the capital market domain. This critical role involves crafting and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our financial products and services. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the capital market and a track record of successful marketing initiatives within the industry. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to promote Paytm Money\'s Futures and Options (FnO) products, driving user adoption and engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to create persuasive and impactful marketing campaigns that align with the company\'s brand positioning and objectives. Craft clear and compelling product messaging and positioning for FnO offerings, ensuring consistent and effective communication across all marketing channels. Utilize market research and customer insights to identify target audience needs, preferences, and trends, and incorporate them into marketing strategies. Leverage digital marketing channels, social media, and other platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive customer acquisition for FnO products. Work closely with the product development team to ensure successful launch and continuous improvement of FnO offerings. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities related to FnO products within the discount broking industry to drive competitive advantage. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in product marketing within the discount broking industry, with a strong focus on Futures and Options (FnO) products. An in-depth understanding of FnO products, trading strategies, and market dynamics is essential. Proven track record of successfully executing product marketing campaigns for financial products. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms for brand promotion and customer engagement. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimize marketing strategies. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing approaches.
