Job description : Background & Experience of Candidate : - Having hardcore digital marketing experience of 2-4 years.- SEM + SEO + Mobile app optimization.- Campaign and Funnel Management.- Web and Mobile Analytics.- Social Media Management.- Team Management : - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.- Seed and built the digital marketing team in the company.- Coordinate with social media agencies- Coordinate with Campus ambassador agencies- Understand the market analysis with the Data and devise a strategy to acquire, engage and retain customers- Set up systems necessary to manage digital marketing functions at scale- Led the execution of paid and organic marketing from start to end, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with agencies and partners.- Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign.- Track and report on Performance KPIs across all acquisitions and channels to optimize ROI, including highlighting potential investment trade-offs between channels.- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis.- Build user journeys and drive marketing programs that are highly targeted based on the content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.- Manage all efforts and goals on digital paid media : SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, etc.- Establish monitoring, measurement, and optimization processes through institutionalizing marketing metrics that correlate to consumer and revenue growth.- Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation, and planning with Google/FB/others as partners.Location : Gurgaon (ref:updazz.com)
