Role Introduction Responsible for supporting Sales & Distribution, Digital and Airport teams with various reservation/ticketing duties like group ticketing, reservation related functions and handling online customer queries to improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities Group Sales Support and Reporting
Support sales teams for issuing group tickets for the region.
Issue ticket instructions, quote taxes and ticket issuance as required
Process group ticket issuance including amendments and special requests
Timely communicate group ticketing confirmation to sales.
Create and maintain accurate group ticketing files as required
Digital Sales Support
Cross checking & comparing various prices on IBE/OTAs / Other websites to ensure parity of fares available in Cathay Pacific website.
Reservation Support & Other Functions
Handle transit product offering with proper check on ticket eligibility
Coordinate with BD/ RMO team where necessary to obtain transit product confirmation and ensure the same shared with customers timely.
Coordinate with CCD /HO to obtain PNR history to check on No show/cabin downgrade etc.
Handling and issuing AD/ID/Award / Prize/ Influencers tickets.
To support Digital & Sales team for processing manual refunds of tickets in GDS/NDC
Support Airport teams with reservation-related queries and handle deportees ticketing
Maintaining up-to-date approval records for all types of ticket issuance.
General
Utilise tools such as Group Sales Optimizer to run reports and conduct analysis
Ensure language, content and context of documents and information in the local marketplace is appropriate
Conduct pricing intelligence and support as and when required
Undertake Indoor Account servicing as and when required
Any other reasonable task as requested
Emergency and Accident
Emergency and Accident and Crisis Response responsibilities as required
Requirements Academic qualifications
Graduation in any field is a minimum
Diploma / Certification in a relevant Sales business field or Airline ticketing would be an advantage
Knowledge, skills, training and experience
A minimum of one years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in ticketing
Experience in customer sales and services is an advantage
Demonstrable commercial acumen
Experience in, or knowledge of, the airline industry is a distinct advantage
Proven numeracy and analytical skills
Knowledge of Amadeus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent PC literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Adaptive to and embraces constant change
Willing to work in Shifts
FTC - Fixed Term Contract - 1 Year
