Position / Designation :

Group Brand ManagerDivision: OsvitaDesirable qualifications: o Graduate in Science / Pharmacy.o MBA/PGDBA in Sales and MarketingExperience (minimum): o Pharmaceutical product Management experience of 4 years (preferably in MNC) as brand managero Additional exposure of sales preferredo Exposure to managing Key Accounts / dealing with Key Opinion Leaderso Therapy experience - Orthopedics , Rheumatology , Nephrology super specialtyCritical attributes / qualities: o Strategic thinkingo Analytical skillso Learning attitudeo Functional & Technical Knowledge on therapy areas owned and other therapies in the division.o Excellent Communication Skills.o Cross functional co-ordination.o Demonstrates creativity, innovation and drive for results.o Ability to influence, lead and develop team.o Problem solving and decision making skillso Time management and multi tasking skillso Planning and organizing skills for short term and long term.Brief : o Achieve top-line, market share and bottom-line targets for the brands assignedo Analyze market conditions and forecast sales and market share.o Independently handle brand management responsibility for allocated brands.o Monitor ROI on brand strategies.o Monitor competitor activities.o Undertake feasibility analysis/ market research for new opportunities.o Conduct research to analyze customer behavior and design strategies accordingly.o Evaluate opportunities to increase PC for the brands.o Develop and implement marketing strategies for brands owned to achieve desired goals.o Effectively sell the strategies to internal customers and ensure effective implementation of designed strategieso Ensure quality and timely delivery of inputs to field force.o Maintain advertising budgets within targets.o Undertake fieldwork to capture insights.o Effective coordination with other functional areas within organization e.g. Medical, Training, Promo team, Supply Chain, Finance etc.o Conduct CSM and other sales meetingso Divisional initiatives which are of significant impact to the business / orgn. (for eg: revamping the specialty coverage, cross-functional projects, etc.)o Buddy to new brand managers in the teamo Mentor / guide to management trainees in the teamReporting Authority: Marketing Manager
