Roles and Responsibilities

1. Candidates will be responsible for handling the Marketing function of Ortho. 2. He / She should have good experience and knowledge in Ortho Segment. 3. He / She will closely work with the Field Manager and all other supporters frequently. 4. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative. 5. He/she is responsible for designing Promotional /Communication strategies for the various brands of the organization. 6. He/she is responsible for customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products. 7. He/she is responsible for Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders. 8. Candidate needs to do Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring. 9. He/she will be doing field Work to review & evaluate strategy implementation. 10. Candidate needs to do coordination with all support functions for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidate should be B. Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in Marketing , 10-15 years in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of 2-3 yrs as Group Product Manager / Marketing Manager for Ortho Segment. 2. He/She should have good knowledge of Ortho Segment . 3. He/She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands. 4. He/She should be exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals. 5. He /She should be good in team management and motivational activities
