Role : Group Product Manager/Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai

Department: Consumer Healthcare (OTC/X), Emerging Markets

Grade: G9B/A

Experience: Min. 7 years of product & digital marketing experience.

Past consumer sales/marketing in FMCG/OTCFMCG industries would be preferred

Reportees: 1 or 2 resources in assigned country

The person would be responsible for OTC/X business in APAC region for Sun Pharma. He/she would need to formulate & implement strategic marketing plans for assigned countries. He/she will be responsible for liasoning effectively with external agencies, media partners to implement local/global marketing brand plans. This role will have an international ravel requirement of at least 3-4 week long trips per year.

: International Brand & Digital Marketing

• To develop, recommend and lead the execution of global/local strategic brand marketing plans for assigned brands & manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget with complete accountability of SLS (Secondary Line Sales)

• Develop multi-channel marketing promotion plans across pharmacies, consumers & doctors

• Identify new OTC/OTX products to create a robust pipeline basis insight from market research and market visits.

• Design digital marketing campaigns based on consumer insights gathered through market visits or research.

• Liaison with country-based teams & external agencies to implement strong trade activation programs

• Coordinate with business development teams to build business cases for future products

• Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders leading to effective progress

• MBA - Marketing from a reputed business school
• Good communication skills, negotiation skills & analytical skills
• Proficient in excel ~ comfortable in managing large data files & analysing information
• Efficient in multi-tasking & prioritization
