Position Description The main purpose and mission of the group ECU Development & Drive time management is to develop and maintain ECUs from sourced SW and HW development suppliers. The group manager is the first line manager and is a group in Bangalore with one scrum team up and running and plan to continue to increase during coming years. The group has competence in software design, requirement and hardware development. The mission is to: Develop and maintain our ECUs and drive time management functions. Deliver software fulfilling agreed QDCF targets Lead and continuously develop the people in the group to deliver according to committed deliveries and to achieve the objectives stated in the strategic action plan Lead and continuously develop the processes, methods and tools that are used by the group to deliver according to committed deliveries and to achieve the objectives stated in the strategic action plan Ensure that the Entertainment and Connected Services SW solutions, products and projects area are managed and delivered in an optimal way.
