Ensure Quality Assurance Procedures are effectively implemented and results in continuous improvement Motivate team to improve the process efficiency and productivity Continuously challenge and encourage the team to move towards automation for all daily works Publish the improvements to all the stakeholders and depict the improvements using data points Create quarterly milestones for yearly improvement projects and set deadlines for the team to complete within TAT Collaborate with cross functional team to address process bottlenecks Coaching team members and implement improvements that optimizes revenue cycle management Perform trend analysis based on historical defects, strategize for effective improvement action plans, and ensure implementation for consistent results Assess potential risks and vulnerabilities in the process, highlight to stakeholders and address it on time Continuous evaluation of current process, identifying wastes and create effective action plans to control it Develop Quality Assurance procedures, set performance metrics, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices Create strategies to resolve any potential risk and contingencies Qualifications Any graduate with 5 to 7 years of work experience Deep understanding of Quality Standards & Metrics Escalation Management skills by addressing root of the problem with effective CAPA Skilled in using Excel and PowerPoint to present data effectively Strong people management and interpersonal Skills Adaptable and Flexible based on business/process requirements
