About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef with strong international culinary experience to lead and manage our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food innovation, maintain high-quality standards, and efficiently oversee all aspects of the culinary department.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and manage the entire kitchen team.
Develop and design international menus, dishes, and seasonal specials.
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and taste.
Oversee kitchen operations including planning, procurement, inventory, and cost control.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards as per industry norms.
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to ensure optimal performance.
Coordinate with management on menu planning, special events, and customer feedback.
Monitor food consumption, forecast needs, and manage waste control.
Ensure compliance with company standards, food regulations, and quality benchmarks.
Requirements
Minimum 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef.
Strong background in international cuisine (e.g., Continental, Asian, Mediterranean, Global Fusion).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
Expertise in menu engineering, food cost management, and kitchen administration.
Culinary degree or certified professional training is preferred.
