Our company is committed to creating a greener future, and we are looking for a dedicated Greenhouse Supervisor to join our team. Role Description This is a contract hybrid role, located in Budni, with the flexibility of some remote work. The Greenhouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and overseeing day-to-day operations in the greenhouse, including planting, monitoring plant health, and pest management. The Greenhouse Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining the facility, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Supervisory skills, including the ability to lead and manage a team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience working in a greenhouse or similar agriculture environment Knowledge of greenhouse plantings and cultivation techniques Experience in agriculture or a related field Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include: Experience with sustainable agricultural practices Knowledge of green energy options and sustainable energy sources Experience with irrigation and fertilization systems Bachelor\'s degree in Horticulture or related field
