Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and orientation.
Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and public areas to interact with guests and anticipate their needs.
Ensure VIP and repeat guests receive personalized attention, amenities, and services.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Coordinate with all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, etc.) to ensure smooth guest service.
Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and feedback in the PMS system.
Assist in arranging special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or honeymoon setups.
Follow up with guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Manage guest departure experiences, ensuring feedback is collected and communicated to management.
Support the Front Office in room allocations, upselling, and check-in/check-out when required.
Prepare welcome letters, VIP amenities lists, and daily guest relation reports.
Ensure lobby area and guest contact points are always clean, presentable, and welcoming.
