Are you a visual storyteller who lives for good design and engaging content? Do you love turning ideas into graphics, animations, and videos that stop the scroll? At our growing marketing agency and startup, we're on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who also has a flair for video editing, a basic pulse on marketing, and an understanding of what works on social media.

What You'll Do

Create stunning visuals -- from social media posts and digital ads to brand identities, pitch decks, and print material. Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and animations that boost engagement across digital platforms. Collaborate closely with marketers, copywriters, and content creators to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns. Understand and apply design best practices for various platforms -- especially Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta ads. Help shape visual direction for brands across industries -- from startups to legacy businesses. Juggle multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, always-evolving environment. Contribute fresh ideas to content planning, campaign concepts, and creative brainstorming sessions.

We're Looking For

Experience in graphic design with a strong visual portfolio (agency, freelance, or startup experience is a bonus). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite -- especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Bonus: After Effects or Premiere Pro. Hands-on experience with video editing for social media -- reels, stories, teasers, short-form promos. A basic understanding of marketing principles, social media trends, and what drives engagement. Strong attention to detail and a good sense of color, typography, composition, and storytelling. Great time management skills -- you know how to deliver quality work under tight deadlines. Good communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field.

(Or equivalent hands-on experience that shows you've got the skills.)
