- To approach your project briefs with an outgoing, energetic, and creative manner.
r - Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts based on your client's requirements.
r - Developing marketing and design collaterals
r - Developing print collaterals such as catalogues, brochures, banners, posters, print advertisements, etc.
r - Developing designs and concepts for digital marketing initiatives
r - Participating in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
r - Researching and analysing best design techniques and solutions
r - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design advancements
r - Ensuring compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards
r - After Effects knowledge is required.
r - Designing posts for SMM, website templates, layouts, logo creation etc.
r - Ability to illustrate your idea in various looks and styles, and quickly translate your ideas visually for your team
r - Needs an eye for details like font colour, style, background colours, scale, contrast and typography
r - Have experience in conceptual and design thinking
r - Have experience in digital, graphic and web design
