Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

with hands-on experience in

offset printing and pre-press processes

. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality print-ready designs, managing color accuracy, and ensuring artwork compatibility with offset printing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design layouts for brochures, packaging, leaflets, business cards, catalogues, posters, and other print materials. Prepare

print-ready files

with correct bleed, margins, and color profiles (CMYK). Work closely with the

printing and production teams

to ensure design feasibility and color accuracy. Manage

pre-press setup

-- color separation, trapping, imposition, and proof checking. Create and edit designs using software such as

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDRAW

. Ensure brand consistency across all print materials. Coordinate with vendors and printing presses for proof approvals and final output. Troubleshoot printing issues and provide technical support for design files. Stay updated with new design trends, materials, and printing techniques.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong command of

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

and

CorelDRAW

. Good knowledge of

offset printing processes

, color management, and pre-press production. Understanding of

paper types, finishes, lamination, and die-line setup

. Creative thinking with attention to detail and precision. Ability to handle multiple design projects under tight deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

3-5 years

of experience in graphic design, preferably in a

printing or packaging industry

. Proven experience with

offset printing coordination

and production design.

Key Deliverables:

High-quality, print-ready designs meeting brand and production standards. Accurate color and layout consistency across print materials. Smooth coordination with print vendors and production teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
