Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in social media management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for digital and print media while managing and optimizing our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging graphics, banners, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Develop and execute creative strategies for brand promotion across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Manage content calendars, post scheduling, and performance analysis for social media campaigns.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual assets to maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, social media, and digital marketing
Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years in graphic design and social media management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing tools.
• Social Media Expertise: Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content engagement strategies.
• Creativity: Strong eye for design, typography, and colour theory.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Time Management: Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience with paid ad campaigns and social media analytics.
