Job Summary:

We are hiring a talented and creative Graphic Designer with strong visual skills and the ability to create engaging short videos/reels. The candidate must have a creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to design high-quality graphics for digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

Design graphics for social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, posters, and branding materials. Create visually appealing

short videos & reels (shots)

for social media platforms. Develop creative concepts, brand identities, and campaign visuals. Edit images, create illustrations, and design motion graphics (if required). Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing goals. Work closely with the marketing team to deliver creative assets on time. Manage multiple design projects with consistency and quality.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Ability to create

short video content

, reels, and animated graphics. Strong creative mindset with good sense of layout, colour, and typography. Ability to conceptualise fresh and original design ideas. Basic video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools). Good attention to detail and time management.

Preferred / Advanced Skills:

Motion graphics skills (After Effects). Experience in UI/UX design (Figma, Adobe XD). Knowledge of 3D tools like Blender/Cinema 4D (added advantage). Experience in creating brand guidelines and packaging designs. Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
