Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and company databases.
Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs, define job requirements, and develop compelling job descriptions.
Candidate Management:
Screen resumes and job applications, and conduct initial phone screens/interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and timely updates within the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
.
Hiring Process & Compliance:
Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and acceptance.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Represent the company at career fairs, universities, and other recruiting events.
Reporting & Improvement:
Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to identify areas for process improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruiting best practices, and new sourcing tools.
