\xef\x82\xb7 Required to have a decent understanding of how an advisory and consulting firm works \xe2\x80\x93 to
attract clients, and to be visible under restricted information flow.
\xef\x82\xb7 To have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design and to
communicate well and work methodically as part of a larger team of Acquisory across verticals
and service lines.
\xef\x82\xb7 To create visual concepts with the goal of attracting the interest of potential clients through
digital and physical designs that typically use graphics, images, art, and other visual elements
that catch the eyes and attention of potential clients.
\xef\x82\xb7 In addition, help Acquisory be more visible on Social Media platforms to be able to
independently attract the attention of potential clients \xe2\x80\x93 to increase our outreach.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\x93 Make Acquisory more visible
\xef\x83\xbc Create engaging content and design material for company\xe2\x80\x99s contents
\xef\x83\xbc Coordinate on content and related materials across all verticals of our company in order to have
a continuous flow of content and material for visibility purposes
\xef\x83\xbc Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
\xef\x83\xbc Creating images and layouts
\xef\x83\xbc Standardizing design of internal and external material that is presented to clients or for internal
circulation purposes.
\xef\x83\xbc Testing graphics across various media format
\xef\x83\xbc May need to discuss with service lines with regards to strategies to engage their respective
target audiences.
\xef\x83\xbc To maximize the volume of inbound traffic from search engines to our website and our social
media pages through a combination of on-page and off-page techniques, including link-building,
social media strategy, metadata sculpting, site speed optimization, content strategy,
information architecture, and more.
\xef\x83\xbc May need to, on requirement basis, help our clients with creating content and marketing
material as well (power point etc)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
\xef\x83\xbc Degree in design, visual graphics and animation is an advantage
\xef\x83\xbc Experienced Designer proficient in Consulting market and adept at utilizing available design.
\xef\x83\xbc Knowledgeable in all facets of the design process
\xef\x83\xbc Proficient in English
\xef\x83\xbc Good communication and team skills

Note : The ideal candidate should have design and material creating skills. Knowledge of how consulting
/ advisory firms work is necessary. In addition, if he / she understands how to optimize search engine
results, it will be very good.
