• Design and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital media.
• Develop and execute creative concepts that align with the brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Ensure that all designs are delivered within the given timeframe and meet the quality standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Conduct thorough research on competitors and market trends to inform design decisions.
• Maintain and organize design files and assets for easy retrieval and future use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers and web developers, to ensure cohesive and effective designs.
• Provide input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
• Actively participate in the creative process, offering innovative ideas and solutions.

• Bachelor\'s degree/ Certification/ Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy principles.
• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges
