The Graphic Designer & Video Editor is responsible for creating visually engaging designs and video content that effectively communicate the brand's message across digital and print platforms. This role combines creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail to produce marketing materials, social media content, promotional videos, and other visual assets that align with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and print materials.
Plan, shoot, and edit videos for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and events.
Create motion graphics, video intros, and animations when required.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content that supports brand goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and platforms.
Edit raw video footage into polished final products, including adding sound effects, music, and text overlays.
Stay updated with design and video trends to enhance the creativity and quality of output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Optimize graphics and videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Maintain an organized library of design files, project assets, and video footage.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proven experience (2-4 years) as a graphic designer and/or video editor.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Experience with camera handling, lighting, and audio recording (preferred).
Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Understanding of digital marketing and social media content requirements (a plus).
Work Environment
Office or studio setting with collaboration across marketing and creative teams.
May require occasional travel or on-site video shoots.
