Key Responsibilities:
Design brochures, flyers, banners, posters, social media graphics, and presentations for real estate projects.
Maintain visual consistency aligned with company branding guidelines.
Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and digital promotions.
Edit images, create illustrations, and work with typography to produce high-quality visuals.
Collaborate with marketing teams and project managers to meet design requirements.
Prepare graphics for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility in design.
Experience in the real estate or marketing sectors is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
