Expertise in Adobe CC, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML. Well versed in MS Office suite such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel. Good understanding of digital and offset print production processes. Understanding of media and cross-platforming. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Sufficient exposure to client management. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent people management skills. Thrive in a collaborative, team environment but can also work independently to achieve a common goal. Ensure that the creative assets are in complete compliance with visual guidelines and aligned to the marketing & sales plan. Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met without any compromise on quality of deliverables. Maintain a high quality of deliverables with least number of iterations, and fully compliant with brand guidelines. Primary Skills Creating and editing creative assets including display & website banners, static carousels, and similar images. Experience in an advertising/creative agency and in the retail domain. Secondary Skills Work in close collaboration with stakeholders to collect necessary inputs. Degree in Fine Arts.
