Title - Creative Design LeadExperience Required - 3-5 YearsMode of Work- Work from OfficeCandidates from D2C industry will only be preferred.Immediate joiner is required:-This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Gurgaon. The Graphic Designer will be r esponsible for creating and designing visual concepts and digital designs for various social media platforms, Google/Facebook/Instagram Static Ads and other promotional materials.- The Graphic Designer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.Qualifications : - Strong proficiency in graphic design and creative software such as Adobe suite like After effects ,Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign-Experience with designing for digital platforms including Social Media, Paid Ads, YouTube Thumbnails, Amazon Listing Creative- Excellent knowledge of Typography, Composition, ColorTheory and Layout- Ability to translate marketing strategies into creative design concepts- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Graphic Design, or a related field- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
