About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conceptualizing and developing designs & graphics, primarily for social media and digital ads
2. Brainstorming, researching, and presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions
3. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
4. Designing ads, digital brochures, emailers, newsletters, and presentation templates
5. Creating infographics on the basis of need

Requirements:

1. Expertise in Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
2. Animation or motion graphic design skills are a plus
3. Understand creative and aesthetic requirements to design engaging graphics and illustrations
4. Keen eye and understanding of creating infographics
5. Strong creative skills and a portfolio of work
6. Experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms
7. Knowledge of online creator tools like Canva will be a plus

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (? 500 per for additional creatives).
