• Development of electro-mechanical product considering mechanical & electrical aspects by using 3D software SolidWorks & AutoCAD in PDM environment.
• Follow concept creation and generated detailed designing.
• Development of sheetmetal components and assemblies in SolidWorks.
• Maintain and update drawing database with design documents.

KPI to be measured:

Skill development.Design ideas.Delivery timeline adherence.Rework Iteration for design accuracy.

• Min. Diploma or BE in Mechanical/Production.
• Min. 2-3 years of experience of designing sheetmetal components and assemblies.
• Min. 2-year hands on experience of using any 3D mechanical software is mandatory \xe2\x80\x93 SolidWorks is preferred.
• Min. 1-year hands on experience of using 2D software AutoCAD is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing & assembly of sheetmetal components is mandatory.
• Working in product data management (PDM) is preferred.
• Experience of working on electro-mechanical design aspect of Low-voltage switchboard is preferred.
• Knowledge of general tolerances and tolerance stack is mandatory.
• Knowledge of product standard IS/IEC 61439-1/2 and associated type-testing is preferred.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with ISO system, documentation & design release process.
• Self-driven & self-motivated.
• Result oriented.
• Analytical mindset.
• Decision making skill.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem defining and resolving skill.
• Team player.
