Positions: Location: Chennai / Bengalore 1. Application Engineer

• Pre and post sales support on application related challenges
• Troubleshooting program issues
• Hands-on Application Assistance and consultative support for various customer issues at the customer\xe2\x80\x99s site
• Tailor training to customer\xe2\x80\x99s application needs or issues utilizing best practices and Kornit Digital proprietary tools
• Create technical training materials to assist the Field Service and Sales teams to increase customer\xe2\x80\x99s application utilization in the field
• Partner with the Service team to provide additional in house and customer-based training
• Observe and communicate customer workflow and communicate potential sales opportunities
• Understands the Kornit print process and recommend adjustments
• Understand the application of all chemicals and inks along with their function in the printing process
• Work with ERP / CRM systems

2. Field Service Engineer

• Responsible for installation, maintenance, repairs & upgrade of a range of Kornit equipment
• Responsible for hardware and operation training
• Ensure and support company to reach quality targets
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with current and potential customers, respond to enquiry and complaint, and keep abreast of market conditions and future developments
• Update service status in service management system and service priority management

Requirements:

What Should you have?

• Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute or University with excellent academic record and an overall score CGPA 7.5 and above (or 80% and above).
• Year of passing : 2022 passed out candidates / Current year (2023) batch students.
• Good in Engineering fundamentals
• Logical thinking, good communication skills & excellence in academics
• Interested to work in digital printing field engineering (at sites)
• High-level English both written and spoken
• Ability to multitask
• Inclusion Standards
• Color theory, Work Flow & RIP knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 an advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad
