Job Description

- Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

We are seeking

energetic, committed, and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs)

with a background in

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

to join our growing team.

Selected candidates will undergo

structured training

and gain

hands-on experience

across key functions such as

production, costing, quality control, and project execution

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in

project planning, costing, and execution

to ensure timely and smooth project delivery Support

production, maintenance, and quality assurance

activities Participate in

project documentation, reporting, and data management

Ensure strict compliance with

safety, health, and environmental (HSE) standards

Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

to achieve project and production objectives

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of

core mechanical/electrical engineering principles

Good

analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective

communication and interpersonal abilities

Basic proficiency in

MS Excel

; knowledge of

AutoCAD and SolidWorks

is an added advantage Willingness to

learn, take initiative, and adapt

to new tools and technologies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
