We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist - PPM. In this role, you will: Supporting key governance meetings including the Portfolio Investment Committee meeting to ensure that critical information to drive key decisions and escalations is presented and addressed by relevant senior management and key deliver partners. Tracking statuses of project deliverables and milestones. Risk and issue monitoring and co-ordination Coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting - Portfolio review packs. Assist with the implementation of Change Initiative standards across projects/Portfolios. Monitor and report on budgets, forecasts and actuals. Also managing project / portfolio financials Ensure changes in budget and alignment of funds in accordance to Steering Committee Prepare financial reports and variance analysis, including cost performance against budget, forecasts and previous year Deliver guidance and teaching aids to budget owners, business and technical teams so they understand how best to track and manage spend against their budget Understand how customer charging will work - Cost Allocation Model\'s working with the business ensure accuracy of data and descriptions.
