The role involves building strong relationships with government agencies and departments, preparing tailored proposals, and ensuring compliance with government procurement regulations. The Government Sales Executive is responsible for achieving government sales targets and contributing to the growth and success of our organization in the public sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Government Client Acquisition: \xc2\xb7 Identify and target government agencies and departments as potential clients. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain a robust pipeline of government leads. 2. Proposal Development: \xc2\xb7 Create customized and compelling proposals that align with government client needs and procurement guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all proposals adhere to government procurement regulations. 3. Government Tender Participation: \xc2\xb7 Monitor government tenders and bid opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit bids that meet government requirements and specifications. 4. Relationship Building: \xc2\xb7 Develop and nurture strong relationships with government decision-makers, procurement officers, and key influencers. \xc2\xb7 Attend government networking events and meetings to strengthen connections. 5. Product and Service Knowledge: \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on advertising industry products and services. \xc2\xb7 Provide expert advice to government clients on advertising solutions. 6. Regulatory Compliance: \xc2\xb7 Ensure all government sales activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Provide guidance on legal and compliance issues to government clients. 7. Sales Negotiation: \xc2\xb7 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with government clients. \xc2\xb7 Maximize revenue while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships. 8. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: \xc2\xb7 Forecast government sales revenue and track progress against targets. \xc2\xb7 Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management. 9. Cross-functional Collaboration: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and creative departments, to meet government client needs. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns. 10. Market Research: \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in the government sector. \xc2\xb7 Stay informed about government policies and initiatives that impact advertising needs. 11. Government Contract Management: \xc2\xb7 Manage and fulfill government contracts efficiently, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery. \xc2\xb7 Monitor contract compliance and deliverables to maintain successful client relationships. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree, pref. Science, Commerce or Engineering \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of government procurement regulations and processes. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of the advertising industry and services. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time management abilities. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. \xc2\xb7 A results-oriented approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience: \xc2\xb7 4 to 7 years of Sales or any business development in Government Sector. \xc2\xb7 Documentation Exposure till Billing is must.
