About the job: Genrobotics Innovations is the leading Robotics company in India, primarily focused on designing and developing Robotic solutions to address the most relevant social issues. Our innovation \xe2\x80\x9cBandicoot\xe2\x80\x9d is the only alternative manual scavenging in India. Bandicoot has allowed for us to rehabilitate 1070+ Manual scavengers to Robotic operator to clean the manholes from 16+ states. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for sales and business development in the government sector. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our business within the government sector in Karnataka.
  • Identify and target potential government clients, including local self governments, municipal corporations, sanitation departments, and other relevant government bodies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the government sector.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to government clients, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of Bandicoot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and marketing to ensure the successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding sales activities, pipeline, and market intelligence.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and tenders in response to government procurement opportunities in coordination with tender team.
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and procurement procedures.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives set by the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Government Sales.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, particularly within the government sector.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement an tendering processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with government clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
