Operations Head for Government-Based Academic Training Projects Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Head to lead our government-based academic training projects. This role will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of these projects, which involve training large numbers of students (10,000+). The ideal candidate will have experience working on similar projects in the Indian government, such as the Tamil Nadu Skills Development Corporation (TNSDC) and the Tamil Nadu Nan-Mudalvan team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans and budgets Manage and coordinate all aspects of project execution, including curriculum development, instructor recruitment and training, student recruitment and enrollment, and logistics Oversee the delivery of high-quality training to all students Monitor and track project progress and performance Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, academic institutions, and industry partners Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education or government sector Experience working on government-based academic training projects Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with the Tamil Nadu Skills Development Corporation (TNSDC) and the Tamil Nadu Nan-Mudalvan team Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field Experience in curriculum development and instructional design Experience in budget management and financial reporting Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb920,184.26 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
