Job Description
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
- Meet and Pitch Rupeek\xe2\x80\x99s offerings to potential customers
- Build trust by handling customer objections
- Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
- Build long term relationship with HNI customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Co-ordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
- Share local insights from the field to the central team
- Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset Other skills
- Hunger- Check family dependency and past Incentive earnings
- Presentation- Persona should invoke trust
- Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English
- Basic mathematics calculations
- Graduate with 2-5 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Financial products or High Value, Low Volume products
- Preferably between 25-30 years of age
- Excellent Presentation and Invokes Trust
- Excellent Communication Skills in the local language(basic English)
- Companies, Telecom, FMCG, Just Dial, Eureka Forbes (High Value, Low Volume) Financial Services or High involvement concept selling.
