KRA: Achieve sales volume Enquiry base generation and control outstanding Key account management and influencer management Customer relationship management and after sales service Business excellence & Kaizen : Generating and monitoring Enquiry base (Focus verticals: Real Estate/Hospitality/OEM/Government) Driving OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) initiative through tie up with Furniture manufacturers, Door manufacturers, Kitchen OEMs, etc. Driving the team for week to week enquiry base generation & target achievement and monitoring productivity of team to ensure profitability Increasing wallet share in existing Key/Large accounts through cross selling Driving AID engagement initiative, planning and execution of Relationship building/Marketing activities as per calendar Working with allied industry and appointing Project dealers & generation of sales Data Analytics to make plan and driving accordingly, submitting all MIS as per defined frequency Working with Local PWDs/CPWD as large account and generating business Ensuring business generation through GeM (Government e Marketplace) Competency Development programs for PSI/BDE Using MS CRM for giving proper visibility and updating it on regular basis at each stage and closing the same with final status Focusing on promotion of manufactured products Working with other representatives of other divisions as a part of i-KAM (integrated Key Account Management) Working Capital Management Ensuring active participation and contribution to business excellence and kaizen initiatives Requisite Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Qualification in Management. Requisite Experience 3 years of relevant work experience in sales for Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Qualification in Management OR 5 years of relevant work experience in sales for Graduate in any discipline.
