To execute process efficiency enhancement project so as to increase the overall employee productivity To execute Standard operating procedures implementation & ensuring compliance To ensure publish of various departmental MIS to relevant stakeholders To ensure the compliance of DSA / NDA with supply chain partners To achieve seamless business objectives & projects as per KRA

- Operation efficiency enhancement projects – Automation projects
- Conflict resolution in current process & ensuring corrective & preventive measures
- Business Data Analyst for multiple projects as per business requirement
- SOP Compliance & Internal Audit
- MIS publishing , Management review ,PACE
